The owners of this property on the outskirts of Khopoli wanted to fit not less than ten row-houses in order to achieve meaningful profits. Careful interior planning at three levels allowed us to fit twelve units, all with comfortably sized rooms with ample natural light and cross ventilation.
The packed planning allowed almost no green space on the ground. To improve sellability, the terraces of all the units were connected by a prominently coloured jogging track. This track gave access to all the other recreational spaces arranged along the terrace.
This track unified the layout abd became the unifying feature visible from all parts and even from outside the property.
